ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project «Map of antimicrobial resistance of Russia»is a summary of published data on antimicrobial resistance of main bacterial pathogens, causing community-acquired and nosocomial infections. The main idea of the project is to provide free access to information about antimicrobial resistance in every region of Russia for specialists. Map of antimicrobial resistance of Russia includes results of the studies carried out by Institute of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy(IAC), Interregional Association for Clinical Microbiology and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (IACMAC), Scientific Center of Monitoring Antimicrobial Resistance of the Federal Agency of Health and Social Development (SCMAR): ARGON, PeGAS, UTIAP, ARIMB, ARMID-2000, StEnt, NPRS, Shigella spp. antimicrobial susceptibility study, SPARS, SSSR. Original software which allows to realize unique informational and analytical resources has been developed. All data is constantly updated as new results of surveys are published.

Project team would like to eliminate all “blank spots” on the map of antimicrobial resistance of Russia and invites you to take part in the studies.
